Even though winter seems to have passed us by here in NJ, (and i don’t want to jinx it), we are all nonetheless ready for spring, the outdoors and some warm sunny days.
We might have to wait a bit longer for that; after all it is only the end of February, but here at SWEETTABLESCAPES, we decided to pretend for one afternoon. Imagine summer’s glory with a picture perfect campfire, bring a serious sweet tooth and enjoy!!
ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
cup all-purpose flour
honey graham cracker squares
cup tiny marshmallows
3. Spread half the batter in the prepared pan. Top with graham crackers (divide as needed to evenly top the batter). Sprinkle marshmallows on the graham crackers, but do not let them touch the sides of the pan. Carefully spread the remaining batter on the marshmallows and graham crackers, covering them completely.
4. Bake brownies for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
