We finally had a bit of time to try out their May recipe for Poppy cookies. The lemon-flavored dough and royal icing/poppy seed decoration make for a colorful AND delicious cookie. With our gardens finally in bloom, these are the perfect dessert for a week-end brunch. They look SO pretty.
