Passover Dessert Tablescape

Last minute update: just wanted to see how our dessert spread would look for Passover and did a practice run today. All the cakes can be made a couple of days in advance…what a blessing when you’re also making a whole dinner!

From left to right : Chocolate Orange Tart with Almond Crust (from “The Flavors of Bon Appetit 1998”), chocolate covered Matzoh (from the supermarket) with Peanut Meringues (left over meringue mix from the Dacquoise), Peanut Dacquoise with Peanut Butter Mousse (Bon Appetit, April 2011), Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies and center is a Passover Apple Cake. All of these without an ounce of flour, only the Apple Cake has some Cake Meal…
